Great to meet you!

I am passionate about providing psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families to effect personal growth and empowerment. I specialize in relationship work whether it's your relationship with a loved one or your relationship with yourself. I help facilitate an introspective exploration to help you understand the challenges you are facing including anxiety, depression, childhood trauma, and interpersonal interactions.

My approach to therapy

I use a collaborative approach so that together, we can understand, explore, discuss, challenge thoughts and feelings, and create goals. I am trained in CBT, psychodynamic theory, family systems as well as hypnotherapy.

What you can expect from me

My goal in therapy is to help my clients live deeply fulfilling lives and reach your full potential. How that is achieved depends on your individual goals, needs and your unique background. You should be open to exploring your past in order to understand where and why you are facing challenges today. Couples therapy is a passion of mine, as is working with individuals who are struggling through a transitional period in their lives.
