Great to meet you!

With over a decade as a licensed therapist and nearly 20 years in corporate leadership, I bring a unique perspective to the challenges many high-functioning adults face today. I've worked with people navigating anxiety, burnout, relationship struggles, major life transitions, grief, perfectionism, and the quiet feeling that life has become something they're simply managing instead of truly living.

I believe therapy is about more than reducing symptoms. It's about helping you create a life that feels connected, meaningful, and aligned with who you are.

Many of my clients aren't falling apart—they're functioning well on the outside while feeling disconnected on the inside. Together, we'll explore what's keeping you stuck, reconnect with your values, and intentionally build a life you don't need to escape from.

My approach to therapy

My style is direct, collaborative, and practical. I'll challenge you when needed, support you when it matters, and help you focus on meaningful change rather than endless analysis.

I don't believe you're broken, and I don't believe therapy should make you dependent on therapy. My goal is to help you understand yourself more deeply, develop practical skills, and create lasting changes that continue long after our sessions end.

I use an integrative approach tailored to each client, but more than any specific technique, I'm interested in helping you understand how the way you're living influences the way you experience your life.

Therapy isn't just about healing what's hurting. It's also about intentionally creating what comes next.

What you can expect from me

Most people tell me they leave their first session feeling lighter, clearer, and more hopeful.

We'll spend time understanding what brought you to therapy, but we'll also begin identifying where you want your life to go; not just what you want to move away from. You'll leave with practical insights, actionable tools, and a clearer understanding of what's keeping you stuck and what your next step might be.

I believe the most meaningful work happens between sessions. Therapy creates insight, but your life changes through what you practice outside of it. My role is to help you build the awareness, confidence, and direction to create those changes one step at a time.
