Great to meet you!
With over 35 years of experience in social work and mental health, I have had the privilege of working with people through many different stages and challenges in life. My experience includes working with adults, couples, families, teens, and children who are navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, parenting concerns, grief, life transitions, identity questions, illness, and other difficult seasons.
My background in hospice, palliative care, and bereavement has given me a deep understanding of how people cope with change, loss, uncertainty, and major life transitions. I have also worked alongside psychiatrists and have experience supporting individuals with a wide range of mental health concerns. Throughout my career, I have continued to seek out training and education so I can grow alongside the people I serve. I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
I believe that every person brings a unique story, and I value creating a space where clients feel comfortable being honest, understood, and supported. Whether you are working through a difficult transition, struggling emotionally, navigating relationships or family concerns, or simply feeling stuck and wanting something to change, I welcome the opportunity to walk alongside you.
