Great to meet you!

Hello. I am Karen Warren, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, who has provided counseling services to Individuals, Families, Couples and school age children (K- 12). I have practiced for more than 25 years. Treatment Areas of focus are Anxiety, Depression, Post-traumatic stress disorder, Substance Abuse, Crisis Management, etc.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is a combination of problem-solving techniques of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and self-awareness practices of mindfulness. Together, these methods empower individuals to understand and reframe negative thought patterns while staying present and connected in the moment.

What you can expect from me

I believe that by addressing the root causes of emotional challenges and using tools that cultivate resilience, will promote lasting growth, greater self-compassion, and a deeper sense of balance in my clients in everyday life.
