Great to meet you!

I provide a compassionate and thoughtful approach to personal growth and emotional well-being. With over 10 years of experience in the mental health field, I support women as they navigate relationships, identity, anxiety, depression, self-worth, and significant life transitions.

As a U.S. Navy veteran, I bring a deep appreciation for resilience, perseverance, and personal growth. I value openness, honest conversation, and creating a respectful, judgment-free space where you can feel understood and supported.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, curious, and grounded in compassion. I believe meaningful growth can happen through practical, achievable steps and increased self-awareness. I draw from evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Motivational Interviewing. Together, we’ll explore the connection between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors; identify your strengths and goals; and develop strategies that align with your values and readiness for change.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we’ll get to know each other and discuss what brings you to therapy. You’ll have space to share your experiences, concerns, and goals at a pace that feels comfortable for you. We’ll begin identifying patterns, strengths, and areas where you’d like support. My goal is for you to leave the session feeling heard, respected, and hopeful about the possibility of meaningful change. I’m here to walk beside you as you take your next step.
