Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Art Therapist with over 30 years of experience in a variety of settings. I have extensive experience working with adults, teens, and families that are managing emotional difficulties and challenging life circumstances. I provide a safe space to be present and attuned to your needs and therapeutic goals.

My approach to therapy

My expertise is in providing effective practices to cope with strong emotions, reframe unhelpful thinking, have better communication and learn to heal from pain. My approach is to help you recognize and overcome the obstacles that interfere with your best life. Deciding to engage in therapy is a decisive step to better understand how to help yourself live with greater well being. My aim is to guide you on that path, meet you where you are and move towards growth.

What you can expect from me

Through our time together, you will gain greater self-awareness and self-compassion. You will be better equipped to find solutions to problems that stifle growth and change. My intention is to help you feel stronger and more confident to navigate life's uncertainties.

Life presents many challenges, especially when it causes us to feel overwhelmed and distressed. We'll create a meaningful connection that will provide you with support and validation to enhance the quality of your life.
