I hold a Masters of Arts in Counseling from Adler University, which has equipped me with a solid foundation in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Adlerian Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Therapy . In addition to my formal education, I have pursued numerous certifications in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy staying up to date with the latest advancements in the field.
