Great to meet you!

I believe therapy should be a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported without judgment. I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults across a wide range of ages and life concerns, and I primarily support people navigating trauma, depression, and anxiety. Early in my career, I worked closely with children, teens, and families moving through the child welfare system and its many challenges. Whatever brought you here, you’ve found a caring place to start, and you don’t have to figure it out alone.

My approach to therapy

My approach is flexible and shaped around what you need most, never a one size fits all plan. Together, we’ll create a supportive, collaborative space where you feel truly heard while building practical skills to manage what you’re facing, grow your resilience, and make real, meaningful progress toward the goals that matter most to you.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll spend most of our time talking about what brought you in and how you’ve been feeling. I’ll ask questions to understand how I can best help you reach your goals, but really this first session is about building our relationship and creating trust. If you’re ready, let’s take that first step together.
