Great to meet you!

I work collaboratively with adult, young adult clients, and couples to create a safe, supportive, and authentic therapeutic environment where they can feel comfortable being open and honest about their needs, goals, and hopes for treatment. I have experience providing crisis intervention and working with individuals, families, and couples. My clinical focus includes anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions and changes, everyday life stressors, strengthening coping skills, and emotion regulation.

My approach to therapy

My approach is strengths-based, trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and grounded in evidence-based interventions. I also enjoy infusing some humor and gentle accountability. I am empathetic, supportive, and encouraging. I strive to empower clients to feel motivated to make changes, navigate rough patches or setbacks, and continue moving towards becoming the best version of themselves.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin understanding what brings you to therapy. We’ll talk about your current concerns, what you’re hoping to gain from therapy, and what has been going on in your life. I’ll also explain how I work and answer any questions you may have about the therapy process. Because therapy is a collaborative process, we’ll work together to identify goals and determine what approach feels most helpful for you. You don’t need to have everything figured out or know exactly what to say—just come as you are. My goal is to create a comfortable, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can begin to feel heard and understood.
