Great to meet you!

I provide a warm, supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and begin to understand what may be holding you back. My approach focuses on helping you recognize patterns, build insight, and create meaningful change. I work with individuals and couples and strive to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and not alone in what you are going through

My approach to therapy

I use an informed Internal Family Systems approach, which helps work with and integrate various parts with compassion and curiosity. My style is warm, collaborative, and centered on creating a space where you feel safe, accepted, and understood.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, we will talk about what brings you to therapy and what you would like to understand better or change in your life. I will ask some questions to get to know you, your history and your goals, and you are welcome to ask me any questions as well. The first session is also a chance for you to see if you feel comfortable with me and if this feels like a good fit.
