Great to meet you!

I spent many years in the Midwest before moving to Arizona and pursuing my dream job as a therapist. I am a trauma-informed therapist who specializes in EMDR. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona and Florida. I earned a Bachelors in Psychology and Sociology from Illinois State University followed by a Masters in Counseling from Ottawa University.

Please contact me to schedule. I look forward to hearing from you at [email protected] or 480.980.5464

My approach to therapy

My style is open, authentic, empathetic and direct. I look forward to being your biggest cheerleader.
