Great to meet you!

Helping anxious adults finally understand their minds so they can stop letting anxiety make the decisions.

I've been working in the mental health field for about 11 years, and one of my favorite parts of being a therapist is helping people realize they don't have to stay stuck.

I especially enjoy working with adults struggling with anxiety because I've seen how much life can change when people finally understand what's happening in their minds and learn practical skills to manage it. My goal is to create a supportive, judgment-free space where you feel comfortable being yourself while we work together toward meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

Every client is different, so I tailor therapy to your unique needs and goals rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach. I use evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other practical strategies to help you better understand your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.

For clients who want it, I'm also comfortable incorporating Christian faith into therapy. If your faith or personal values are important to you, I'm happy to include them as part of our work together. If not, that's completely okay too.

You don't have to spend your life listening to everything anxiety tells you.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, so my first priority is helping you feel comfortable. During our first session, we'll talk about what brought you to therapy, what's been going on in your life, and what you'd like to be different. I'll ask questions to get to know you, and together we'll begin developing a plan that fits your goals. You don't need to have everything figured out before you start—that's what we're here to work on together.

I believe that anxiety is highly treatable, and many people experience significant relief once they understand what's happening and learn practical skills they can use every day.
