Great to meet you!

Helping others is my passion, and with my 1999 MSW from NY’s Hunter College and my California Clinical Social Work License, I have enjoyed making a difference in people’s lives for over 25 years. My background in grief and bereavement and my specialty in existential depression has helped many people tackle the toughest times of their lives with resilience and strength.

My approach to therapy

I believe....if you’ve found me, you’re here for a reason, and we will discover that together. My compassionate cognitive behavioural approach to therapy gives you plenty of empathic space to be heard, to gain insight into the purpose and path of your life and find your inner light again.

What you can expect from me

We will use evidenced based techniques such as CBT, creative art and writing therapy for stress reduction and self-understanding that can boost your mood and help you move forward with more hope.
