Great to meet you!

Many people come to therapy feeling stuck in patterns they can’t seem to change—whether that’s anxiety, relationship struggles, unhealthy coping behaviors, or a harsh inner critic. Even when they understand where these patterns come from, they still feel pulled back into them.

I’m a trauma-focused therapist trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). I help clients process unresolved experiences that continue to influence how they think, feel, and respond in their lives today. My areas of focus include trauma, anxiety, relationship patterns, body image and eating concerns, and recovery from addictive or unhealthy coping behaviors.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and focused on meaningful change. Together we work to understand the roots of what you’re experiencing and help your nervous system process those experiences so you can move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and self-trust.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, the patterns you’ve been noticing, and what you hope might be different. My goal is to create a space where you feel supported while also helping you move toward real, lasting change.
