Great to meet you!

My name is Karin and I’m here to help you discover the healing that your mind and body are capable of. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and I am a

Certified Mental Health Integrative Medicine Provider (CMHIMP). Across my professional experience I have treated multiple individuals struggling with emotional eating, anxiety, and self-esteem.

My approach to therapy

With a warm, sensitive and caring approach, I work one-on-one with people to identify lifestyle and emotional patterns that might play a bigger role in their physical health and wellbeing.

Together, through our regular talk therapy sessions, we can start to uncover how your personal habits around sleep, nutrition, and exercise contribute to your overall mental health.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to help you identify the root issue of your emotional eating, and guide and support you toward healing, self-empowerment, and ultimately finding the inner-confidence and love that you’ve been longing for.
