Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with nearly a decade of experience, I have had the privilege of supporting individuals as they navigate grief, depression, anxiety, trauma, and major life transitions. Time and again, I am struck by the resilience and capacity people have to heal and grow when they feel supported and empowered along their journey. These moments of change can feel uncertain, yet they often invite a deeper connection to one's strength, wisdom, and sense of purpose. Therapy and coaching are offered in a warm, supportive space for those who find themselves standing at a threshold between roles, seasons, and evolving versions of self.

My approach to therapy

Through my work as a therapist and coach, I bring together the tools of evidence-based healing — Accelerated Resolution Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing, somatic and mindfulness approaches — with an intuitive, relational style that honors the whole person.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, time is taken to get to know you as a whole person, including your background, current concerns, strengths, and supports. This includes a thoughtful conversation about different areas of your life to better understand what has shaped your experiences and what is most important to you right now. We will also explore your goals and what you hope will feel different as a result of therapy. The first session is paced in a supportive and respectful way, helping you feel comfortable while beginning to clarify the direction of out work together.
