With most clients I start off by using EMDR to clear any unresolved trauma which also can be used for performance enhancement purposes. I look at nutritional deficiencies and recommend supplementation of amino acids based on the work of Julia Ross.

I encourage you to inundate yourself with uplifting information (books, podcasts, music) to help re-program your brain for what you are looking to create.

Starting and keeping a gratitude journal is another tool I have most of my clients use. It is a huge game changer when put to practice daily.
