Great to meet you!

I am a bilingual (English and Spanish) licensed psychologist who is passionate about helping women understand themselves more deeply, overcome challenges, and build lives that feel meaningful and fulfilling. I provide both therapy and psychological evaluations in a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment.

In therapy, I work with women navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, trauma, chronic illness, relationship difficulties, life transitions, stress, and self-esteem concerns. I believe healing happens when people feel heard, supported, and empowered to make lasting changes.

I also provide comprehensive psychological evaluations to help individuals gain clarity about their cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning. Evaluations may address concerns related to ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, mood and anxiety disorders, trauma, personality functioning, cognitive changes, and diagnostic clarification. My goal is not simply to provide answers, but to help you better understand your strengths, challenges, and the most effective path forward.

Whether you are seeking therapy, an evaluation, or both, I strive to create a collaborative experience where you feel respected, understood, and supported every step of the way.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique needs and goals. I believe therapy should provide both support and practical tools that help you navigate challenges and create lasting change.

I use evidence-based treatments, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness-Based interventions, and Motivational Interviewing. Together, we will explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck, strengthen coping skills, build resilience, and develop strategies that support your emotional well-being.

Whether you are working through trauma, managing anxiety, improving relationships, coping with chronic illness, or building self-confidence, my goal is to help you move forward with greater clarity, balance, and self-trust.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a foundation of trust. We'll discuss what brings you to therapy, the challenges you are facing, your personal strengths, and what you hope to achieve through treatment.

I strive to create a comfortable and welcoming environment where you can share at your own pace without fear of judgment. Together, we'll begin identifying goals and developing a plan that feels meaningful and achievable for you.

My hope is that you leave your first session feeling heard, supported, and optimistic about the journey ahead. You don't have to navigate life's challenges alone, and I look forward to helping you take the next step toward healing and growth.
