Great to meet you!

I was born and raised in the Bay Area and have spent more than six years working as a therapist and medical social worker in a variety of settings, including healthcare systems, schools, and community-based programs. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work with individuals across the lifespan, which has given me a broad understanding of the unique challenges people face at different stages of life.

I earned my Master’s Degree from California State University, East Bay, and specialize in supporting individuals experiencing PTSD, complex trauma, anxiety, grief, and work or life stressors that impact overall well-being. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and trauma-informed, with a focus on helping clients process difficult experiences, build resilience, and develop practical tools to navigate life's challenges. My goal is to create a supportive space where you feel understood, empowered, and equipped to move toward healing and lasting growth.

My approach to therapy

I believe that each person’s experiences, strengths, and goals are unique, and I strive to create a supportive environment where you feel safe, respected, and empowered throughout the therapeutic process.

I work collaboratively with clients to understand the impact of past experiences while also focusing on practical strategies that support healing and growth in the present. By combining compassion, curiosity, and evidence-based interventions, I help clients build on their strengths, navigate challenges, and develop meaningful solutions that align with their values and goals.

What you can expect from me

Reaching out for therapy can feel intimidating, especially when you’ve been carrying so much on your own. You don’t have to navigate it alone. I provide a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can feel heard and understood.
