I was born and raised in the Bay Area. I have worked in many capacities including working with all ages, within medical settings and schools, as a therapist and medical social worker for over 6 years. I received my Masters Degree at California State University East Bay. I specialize in working with people experiencing ptsd, complex trauma, anxiety, grief and, work/life stressors impacting wellbeing.
