Great to meet you!

Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Certified Family Reunification Specialist (CFRS), practicing since 2020. I work with divorce, co-parenting, anxiety, and trauma — bringing real clinical depth without the stiffness people expect from therapy. I show up as myself: knowledgeable, easygoing, and genuinely present. No forced small talk, no scripted empathy — just good work, done well.

My approach to therapy

Solution-focused, with no unnecessary fluff. I'm not here to have you rehash your whole life story every week — I'm here to help you actually move forward. My space is accepting and judgment-free, but the goal is always progress: helping you feel more in control of your own story.

What you can expect from me

Nothing stiff or clinical-feeling. You show up, we talk, and I get a genuine read on what's going on and what you need — relaxed, low-pressure, no pretense. I'll be honest and knowledgeable about what I'm seeing, but you'll never feel like just another appointment. By the end, you'll leave knowing exactly where we're headed — and probably looking forward to the next one.
