Through my years as mental health clinician, I have learned that change is not possible in isolation. It would be my privilege to assist in your change/growth process. I offer an eclectic approach to psychotherapy with an extensive background in the treatment of trauma. My training in Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral therapy and Dr. Bruce Perry’s work The Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics has enabled me to specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depression, PTSD and many other diagnosis.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Karina has over 10 years of clinical experience working with adolescents, youth, adults, families, couples and groups. Prior to private practice, Karina worked in Austin, Texas at the Child Advocacy Center of Travis County working with adults and children impacted by a traumatic experience, Austin Travis County Integral Care and the Catholic Family Diocese
