I'm a seasoned Licensed Mental Health Counselor and behavior therapist with years of experience supporting individuals and families through life’s many challenges. My work is grounded in compassion, flexibility, and evidence-based practice, always tailored to meet each client where they are. I bring a dynamic, client-centered approach to therapy, drawing from modalities such as CBT, mindfulness, and solution-focused techniques to create meaningful, lasting change.
Outside the therapy room, I'm a proud mother of two and someone who thrives on exploration—whether it's traveling to new places, trying something outside my comfort zone, or discovering the small, everyday adventures that life has to offer. This adventurous spirit carries into my work, where I value creativity, openness, and the courage it takes to grow and evolve.
