Great to meet you!

Hi there! I am a mother, daughter, sister, spouse, and friend whose passion is to instill hope in others. Whether you are going through a tough life transition, experiencing burn out, feeling depressed and anxious, adjusting to new beginnings and saying goodbye to the past, therapy will help you navigate the difficult and complicated emotions that are part of your journey.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Overall, I am strengths based, person centered, and compassion focused when it comes to treating my clients. Therapy is not a one size fits all, therefore the approaches I use are strictly dependent on what my clients are needing and what my clients enjoy the most. Some clients need clear direction and solutions while others need to simply be heard. Through our time together, we will discover what best approach works for you.

What you can expect from our first session

Therapy sessions with me will help you:

Gain clarity when you are confused or need a different perspective

-Self Regulation and new coping skills

-Reconstruct thoughts that are no longer serving you

-Learn what your core and limiting beliefs are that are preventing you from moving forwards

-Become more present and mindful with loved ones

-Develop healthy and productive habits

-Learn to express yourself and communicate more effectively

And many others...
