Great to meet you!

I work with people who are tired of feeling stuck — the adult who wakes up anxious and can't explain why, the woman navigating the heartbreak of fertility struggles or the isolating fog of the postpartum period, the parent watching their teenager withdraw and not knowing how to reach them, or the young adult trying to figure out who they are outside of everyone else's expectations.

Maybe you've been pushing through for a long time, telling yourself you should be able to handle this on your own. Maybe you've tried to talk yourself out of how you feel, only to find yourself back in the same place. Or maybe something has shifted recently — a loss, a transition, a relationship — and you're realizing that this time you don't want to push through it alone the way you always have.

I work with preteens, adolescents, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, fertility challenges, postpartum struggles, life transitions, and the complicated emotional weight that comes with just being human. I offer virtual therapy in English and Spanish to clients across Florida — and I'd love to start with a free 15-minute consultation to get a sense of what you're going through and make sure we feel like a good fit before we begin.

My approach to therapy

Warm, collaborative, and shaped entirely around you — because no two people arrive at therapy the same way, and what works for one person won't necessarily work for another.

Some days you need concrete tools to quiet the noise — strategies to interrupt the spiral, regulate what you're feeling, and get through the day with a little more steadiness. Other days you need space to slow down, reflect, and simply be heard without someone trying to fix you. Most people need both at different times, and I pay close attention to where you are so I can meet you there.

I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Sessions are never rigidly structured — they're a conversation, a collaboration, and over time a space that starts to feel genuinely yours. My goal is simple: when you leave a session with me, I want you to feel understood, cared for, and a little lighter than when you walked in.

What you can expect from me

We'll start with a free 15-minute consultation — a low pressure conversation where you can share a little about what's been going on and I can answer any questions you have about working together. It's a chance to get a feel for each other before making any commitment, and to make sure this feels like the right fit.

From there, the first full session is really about getting to know you — not just what's brought you to therapy, but who you are, what matters to you, and what you're hoping to feel differently about. There's no pressure to have it all figured out or to tell me everything at once.

We'll talk about what's been weighing on you, what you've already tried, and what feeling better actually looks like for you. By the end you'll have a clearer sense of how we might work together and what that process could look like going forward. Most people leave that first session feeling a little lighter — not because everything is resolved, but because they finally had the space to say out loud what they've been carrying.
