Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed counselor trained in trauma-informed and culturally responsive care, supporting clients from Black, Brown, and diverse communities navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. My approach is intuitive, spiritually grounded, and compassionate, blending narrative, somatic, and mindfulness-based work to help you reconnect with your body, process experiences, and cultivate healing.

My approach to therapy

Healing happens when we feel safe, present, and connected—to ourselves, our bodies, and something larger than us. In our work together, we move at a gentle, nervous-system-aware pace, creating space to release old wounds, strengthen self-trust, and support you in coming back home to yourself. I strive to create a safe, compassionate space where everyone is welcome and can feel seen, heard, and supported on their journey.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm, grounding space where you’re invited to show up just as you are. We’ll explore what brought you to therapy, what you’re hoping for, and what feels most important to you right now. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and with clarity about the path forward, so you can take the next steps toward healing with confidence.
