Hi, I'm Karis Meyer, a licensed marriage and family therapist with a background in nursing and a deep belief that healing begins with connection. My early work as a nurse in a rehabilitation hospital showed me how profoundly relationships impact our ability to heal and grow. That experience led me to therapy, where I now help individuals and couples navigate patterns that make it hard to trust, feel safe, or connect, despite a deep desire for closeness.
