Great to meet you!

Hello! I graduated from Spalding University in Louisville, KY in 2014 with a Master of Social Work degree. I work closely with those experiencing trauma related issues, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, addiction, identity issues, and more. As a Black queer woman, I believe representation is imperative for my fellow BIPOC and BPOQe folx to have options in the mental health world.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am an open-minded, affirming, and genuine therapists. I draw from evidence-based practices, such as EMDR and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, but also from my own experiences in life as a Black woman and member of the LGBTQ+ community. I specialize in trauma work, as well as anxiety, depression, and identity issues.
