Great to meet you!

I’m a therapist who believes in meeting you where you are and creating a supportive, judgment‐free environment. My counseling style is collaborative, empowering, and mindfulness‐based, drawing from approaches like CBT and EMDR to support your healing journey. I enjoy supporting neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ clients, as well as anyone navigating trauma, anxiety, or major life changes. I tailor each session to help you feel comfortable, understood, and grounded. Humor, animals, and your special interests often help guide the process in a natural and meaningful way.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and client‐centered, grounded in the belief that you are the expert of your own life. I integrate mindfulness‐based practices, CBT, EMDR, and person‐centered therapy to support healing from trauma, anxiety, grief, and identity‐related challenges. I work from a neurodiversity‐affirming and LGBTQIA+ affirming lens, creating a space where your lived experience guides the direction of our work. My goal is to foster confidence, compassion, and understanding while helping you build insight, strengthen coping skills, and move toward meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is centered on comfort, clarity, and low‐pressure conversation. We’ll walk through what brought you to therapy and explore what types of support feel most meaningful to you. Together, we’ll look at what you hope to work toward or better understand. I take a collaborative approach and follow your pace, without any expectations about how much you share. My goal is to create a space where you feel grounded, understood, and supported—if you decide that moving forward together is the right fit for you.
