Great to meet you!
I am a New York State Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s degree in Social Work from Adelphi University (Class of 2007). With over 17 years of experience working in the field of mental health, I’ve come to deeply value evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and psychoeducation in supporting clients through life’s challenges.
I take a client-centered, collaborative approach to therapy, focusing on the unique needs and goals of each individual. My areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, trauma, relationship and family conflict and men’s issues. I believe in meeting clients where they are—with empathy, honesty and a commitment to fostering lasting change.
My work integrates both clinical training and real-life experience, offering a practical, grounded approach to personal growth and healing. Whether you're facing a difficult transition or working through long-standing emotional pain, I’m here to help you navigate the path forward.
