Great to meet you!

As your therapist, I will walk alongside you as you navigate life, offering steady support, encouragement, and a safe, non-judgmental space to process both past and present experiences.

You can expect me to show up with empathy, compassion, honesty, and care, while also providing practical tools to help you move forward with more clarity, confidence, and emotional balance.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is to provide compassionate, empathetic support in a safe, nurturing, and non-judgmental space where you can process both past and current experiences. As a dual-licensed clinician (LMFT & LPCC), I offer a collaborative, warm, and grounded style, tailoring each session to your unique needs and goals. My work integrates CBT, DBT, EMDR, trauma-informed care, and psychodynamic therapy to support healing, growth, and self-discovery. I also help clients navigate relational issues such as communication challenges, boundaries, conflict, and attachment patterns so you can feel more connected, confident, and secure in your relationships.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect the first session to be an intake focused on getting to know you and understanding what brings you to therapy. We’ll review your current concerns, relevant history, strengths, and any past experiences with counseling so I can better understand you as a whole person. We’ll also talk through what you’re hoping to gain from therapy, begin identifying your goals, and discuss the approach that may best support your needs.

You’ll have space to ask questions, share what feels comfortable, and get a sense of what it’s like to work together. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling supported and understood.
