For some, it brings stress, depression, anxiety, or trauma, etc. Trying to balance unhealthy thoughts, feelings, or behaviors with family, work, and school can quickly feel overwhelming. Therapy provides a safe environment in which a client can increase their self-awareness and receive validation. I help clients process difficulties, learn effective coping skills, and heal to improve their emotional health and well-being.
