Great to meet you!

Life can be amazing, however, it can also be challenging. For some, it brings stress, depression, anxiety, or trauma, etc. Trying to balance unhealthy thoughts, feelings, or behaviors with family, work, and school can quickly feel overwhelming. Therapy provides a safe environment in which a client can increase their self-awareness and receive validation. I help clients process difficulties, learn effective coping skills, and heal to improve their emotional health and well-being.

My approach to therapy

I have 17 years of experience working with children, teens, and adults on anxiety, depression, stressors, and life transitions. I closely work with each client to create an individualized plan and set goals tailored to their specific needs, using a variety of therapeutic approaches including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

What you can expect from me

Thinking about starting therapy can certainly feel intimidating, however if given the opportunity, it can truly be beneficial and rewarding. My goal as a therapist is to offer my full support so clients can learn to use their strengths and potential needed to improve their quality of life.
