Great to meet you!

Struggling with your ADHD OR someone else's ADHD? Want an ADHD Certified Clinical Service Provider? As a neurodivergent individual and therapist, my practice focus is for those who struggle with having a different perspective. My goal is to help those with ADHD and related issues improve your quality of life and master your symptoms. I also have experience in helping with trauma, anxiety, depression, and other issues that may or may not related to neurodivergence. Having worked in different environments, I now choose telehealth to make services easily available. I strive to provide the best possible service in the most comfortable setting possible.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My focus is helping you to understand your symptoms, where they come from, and how to change what isn't working. I have experience working not just with ADHD but also with related depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, toxic relationships, and abuse. I work to provide you with resources and tools to help you heal, cope, and improve your mental health, improve your quality of life. It is important to me that you feel comfortable and that I provide a safe environment in which you feel heard and understood. My goal to help you be a better version of you.

What you can expect from our first session

In each session, you may feel many different things. Some sessions will be better than others, some will be very difficult and challenging, some will give you hope and promise for your future. You will have input in the goals and tempo of therapy. I want you to feel as if it is a partnership where you learn, grow, improve, and leave with a sense of hope and better understanding of yourself. Therapy often requires effort, work, reflection, and tasks outside of sessions. I will do my best to listen, guide, encourage, and provide information, education, and resources to assist you in changing your situation for the better.
