Great to meet you!

For 20 years I specialized in divorce issues, both in families with high amounts of conflict and custody disagreements and provide support during this difficult transition. In addition, I have a strong background in Attachment, and I specialize in Attachment issues in children and adults and address the various challenges clients face in their current relationships. I use EMDR when appropriate and myriad Neuropsychological interventions.

My approach to therapy

I incorporate the most cutting-edge neuropsychiatric and holistic interventions to optimize client functioning and satisfaction in life. Divorcing couples sometimes need guidance as to how to handle child-related issues. I provide this in session and will testify in court if necessary. I am a Certified Divorce Mediator.

What you can expect from me

In session, I provide a caring, emphatic, pragmatic and supportive framework for clients to understand and gain new perspectives on, and new directions for, coping with their challenges. I teach clients tools that they can use to address difficulties between and beyond counseling appointments. I use EMDR for single incident trauma and treat Complex Trauma.
