Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed therapist who works with adults navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, and financial stress. I specialize in helping clients better understand their relationship with money and how it connects to their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. With over 10 years of experience in the social services field and specialized training in financial social work, I support clients in reducing shame, building awareness, and creating practical, sustainable strategies. I’m bilingual and bicultural, and I provide culturally responsive care that honors each client’s unique background and experiences.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive, and solution-focused. I use cognitive behavioral therapy to help clients identify patterns that may be contributing to stress, anxiety, or financial overwhelm. I focus on helping clients build practical coping skills, increase awareness around habits and emotional patterns, and create clear, achievable goals. I take a holistic approach, recognizing the connection between emotional, physical, and financial well-being, and support clients in making meaningful, lasting changes.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a supportive and welcoming space where we begin building a strong therapeutic relationship. I take time to understand your unique concerns, including any stress related to finances, life transitions, or emotional well-being. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy and what you hope to gain, and begin identifying goals that feel realistic and meaningful. My approach is collaborative, so we’ll work together to create a plan that helps you feel more supported, clear, and in control.
