Dare to Flourish: Your Journey to Healing Starts Here

Healing isn’t just about getting through the day; it’s about rediscovering the strength to grow into your most authentic self. I am dedicated to helping you navigate life’s most difficult transitions.

Whether you are seeking individual, family, or couples therapy, my goal is to provide a safe, compassionate space where you can process grief, strengthen relationships, and find your footing again. Together, we will work to move beyond just surviving—we will work so you can truly flourish.

As a bilingual clinician, I offer therapy in both English and Spanish, ensuring that language is never a barrier to expressing your deepest emotions or cultural nuances.

My approach to therapy

My philosophy is rooted in the belief that everyone has the capacity to flourish. My role is to provide the tools and the safe environment necessary for you to challenge old patterns and cultivate a more fulfilling life.

I believe therapy is a collaborative journey. My approach is grounded in empathy and evidence-based practices, tailored to meet your unique needs. Whether we are working through past trauma or managing daily stressors, my goal is to help you move from surviving to flourishing.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to connect and see if we are a good fit. I prioritize creating a non-judgmental, positive space where you can feel safe sharing your story at your own pace.

During this initial 45-60 minute meeting, we will:

  • Discuss Your Goals: We’ll talk about what’s currently weighing on you and what you hope to achieve through our work together.
  • Review Your History: I’ll ask some background questions to understand the context of your life, your strengths, and the challenges you've faced.
  • Build a Plan: We will begin to outline a roadmap for your healing journey—whether that involves processing past trauma, managing current stressors, or improving family dynamics.

There is no "right" way to do a first session. Whether you come in with a specific list of concerns or just a general feeling that something needs to change, my role is to listen and support you. If you are bilingual, feel free to communicate in whichever language feels most natural in the moment. My goal is for you to leave our first meeting feeling heard, respected, and hopeful.
