Great to meet you!

Hello! It's great to meet you.

I am a licensed clinical social worker based out of Nederland, Colorado. I work with people 18 and older who struggle with anxiety, stress, chronic illness, life transitions, and many other concerns. I use evidence-based approaches that are based on person-centered, strength-based, and mind-body connection, such as cognitive behavior therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, somatic therapy, etc.

My approach to therapy

I am passionate about helping people find their inner power, strength, and resilience so they can find relief from their symptoms. I believe everyone can benefit from therapy at different times in their lives. I believe each person has the ability to manage and overcome any concern with proper guidance and tools. I provide a flexible and individualized approach that promotes personalized growth.

What you can expect from me

I am passionate about providing a non-judgmental and safe space for clients to express their thoughts and emotions. Clients report they are able to express their concerns and they feel heard and validated during each session. I believe people have to put in work to see a change in their lives, and I provide tools and suggestions for clients to continue the work they began in each session while at home in between sessions.
