Great to meet you!

You don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone. As an ordained minister and therapist, I bring both clinical insight and spiritual care to our work together. In a safe and supportive space, we’ll explore your questions, strengthen your resilience, and move toward healing and wholeness.

My approach to therapy

I draw from a range of approaches to support each person’s unique journey, including faith-based counseling, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, grief and loss work, and family systems therapy. Together, we focus on healing, strengthening relationships, and creating practical steps toward lasting change.

What you can expect from me

In our first sessions, we’ll take time to explore what matters most to you and define your goals together. Through thoughtful questions and guided conversation, I’ll help you clarify your path, and we’ll work in a structured, supportive way to move you toward the change you’re seeking.
