Great to meet you!

Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with experience working with individuals, teens, and families. My passion is helping each person navigate their unique challenges and supporting them in creating meaningful, lasting change.

Outside of the therapy room, I’m a mother, partner, outdoor and exercise enthusiast, and proud dog mom. I pride myself on being fully present and actively engaging with my clients.

I’m honored to have a very high client retention rate, with assessments showing measurable improvement for most clients within 6–12 months. My goal is always to create a safe, supportive space where healing and growth can take root.

My approach to therapy

Clients describe me as warm, honest, direct, and insightful. I blend psychodynamic, relational, and attachment-based approaches with tools from CBT/DBT/ERP to support healing and growth. I believe therapy should honor both the story that brought you here and the strengths you already hold.

I currently work with adults and teens. In the past I have worked with families as well. I enjoy helping clients improve clarity, emotional balance, and stronger connections in their lives.

What you can expect from me

We will begin by identifying the goals that matter most to you. Therapy is a collaborative process, and I see us as partners in the work. I may offer optional tools like homework or worksheets to help you apply what we discuss between sessions.

Clients often come to therapy hoping to reduce anxiety or depression, improve communication, feel more emotionally regulated, or create healthier relationships—with themselves and others. Together, we’ll work toward meaningful progress that feels true to you. Typically, people should see some improvement by 8-10 sessions.
