Great to meet you!

Hello and Welcome!

I am happy you are here. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 30+ years of experience. I bring a wealth of experience and knowledge to share with you on your mental well-being pathway.

My approach to therapy

I bring warmth, humor (where appropriate), and compassion to our sessions. We will collaborate on your goals and then create a treatment plan.

I thoroughly enjoy working with women who are ready to emotionally and mentally feel better. I treat anxiety, depression, people-pleasing, perfectionism, wounded self-esteem and childhood trauma.

What you can expect from me

You and I will meet over video. We will start the session looking at the progress you have made and identify any stuck points that need to be addressed.

I assign between session activities so that you can reach your goals faster. I firmly believe that we need to keep the momentum moving between our sessions and to help you create new mental well-being habits. This may consist of a video to watch, a worksheet to complete, a book to start reading etc.
