Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming when stress, anxiety, relationship challenges, or difficult experiences begin affecting your day to day life and emotional well being. You do not have to navigate those challenges alone. I work with adolescents and adults facing a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, family conflict, and life transitions. My goal is to create a supportive and compassionate space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to move toward meaningful healing, growth, and lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, relational, and tailored to your individual needs and goals. I believe therapy should feel both supportive and practical, helping you better understand your experiences while also building tools you can use in everyday life. I draw from evidence based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), mindfulness based techniques, and strength based approaches. Together, we work to better understand patterns, strengthen coping skills, improve relationships, and create lasting change in ways that feel realistic and meaningful to you.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a comfortable, trusting relationship. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, the challenges you may currently be facing, and what you hope to gain from the process. My goal is to create a welcoming and nonjudgmental environment where you feel safe sharing at your own pace. Together, we’ll begin identifying goals and discussing a path forward that supports your healing, growth, and overall well being.
