Great to meet you!

I have a deep passion for helping others find healing, growth, and hope. As a bilingual Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I strive to create a warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and supported. I offer telehealth sessions in both English and Spanish, allowing you to express yourself in the language that feels most comfortable. I support adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, divorce, infidelity, and major life transitions. Together, we will work toward greater self-awareness, healing, and meaningful change. As a woman of faith who believes in God, I value the role spirituality and personal beliefs can play in the healing journey. I welcome exploring these areas when they are meaningful to you while honoring and respecting each person’s unique story and background.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is a collaborative and compassionate process where you can feel heard, understood, and supported. My approach is holistic and integrative, recognizing that your experiences, relationships, values, strengths, and goals all play an important role in your well-being.

I draw from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy, while incorporating client-centered, humanistic, and mindfulness-based principles when appropriate. I am also currently pursuing EMDR certification to further support clients working through trauma and difficult experiences.

My goal is to help you gain self-awareness, build resilience, navigate life’s challenges, and create meaningful change in a way that feels authentic to you.

What you can expect from me

Following the initial evaluation, our first session will focus on beginning to build a trusting therapeutic alliance and exploring your short- and long-term goals for therapy. Together, we’ll identify meaningful goals and begin developing a collaborative path forward that reflects your unique needs, strengths, and what you hope to gain from therapy. We’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable while creating a supportive space where you feel heard and understood
