Great to meet you!

I appreciate the courage it takes to take the first steps toward change and seek support. With nearly 15 years of experience in the mental health field, including four years as a licensed clinician, I have supported individuals through a wide range of emotional challenges and life experiences. I understand that daily stressors, depression, anxiety, and major life transitions can sometimes leave you feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or unsure of how to move forward.

My goal is to provide motivation, encouragement, and compassionate support as you navigate these challenges and work toward meaningful change. I strive to create a safe, welcoming, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel comfortable expressing yourself freely and exploring what you are experiencing. Together, we will build on your strengths, develop tools for managing difficult moments, and work toward greater confidence, emotional well-being, and personal growth.

My approach to therapy

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you identify and better understand the thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors that may be contributing to the challenges you’re experiencing. Together, we’ll explore patterns that may no longer be serving you and work on developing healthier, more helpful ways of thinking and responding to difficult situations.

My approach is collaborative, supportive, and focused on giving you practical tools you can use in your everyday life. Depending on your individual needs and goals, I may also incorporate holistic and Solution-Focused approaches to ensure therapy feels personalized to you. My goal is to help you recognize your strengths, build effective coping skills, and feel more empowered and confident in your ability to navigate challenges and create meaningful personal growth.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know one another and talk about what brings you to therapy. We’ll explore the challenges you’re currently experiencing, what you hope to gain from our work together, and begin identifying the goals that feel most important to you.

I understand that starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially if this is your first time or you’re unsure of what to expect. There is no pressure to share everything at once—we will move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. My role is to provide a safe and supportive space where you feel heard and understood while offering guidance and encouragement along the way. Together, we’ll begin creating a path forward that supports your goals, well-being, and personal growth.
