Great to meet you!

Sometimes it feels like you're carrying the weight of everyone else's needs while quietly struggling with your own. Anxiety, depression, painful experiences, family conflict, or major life changes can leave you feeling emotionally exhausted, disconnected, and unsure where to turn next. You deserve support that helps you feel understood while moving toward a healthier, more balanced life. My practice focuses on helping clients navigate substance use and addiction, anxiety, depression, anger management, and trauma so they can strengthen their relationships, build confidence, and create lasting emotional wellness. Working with children, adolescents, adults, and seniors in both English and Spanish, I strive to create a welcoming space where every client feels respected, supported, and empowered to grow.

My approach to therapy

I believe meaningful healing begins with understanding the experiences, thoughts, emotions, and relationship patterns that have shaped your life while developing practical tools that support lasting change. Together, we'll identify what's keeping you stuck, build on your strengths, and create healthier ways of coping that fit your unique goals, values, and experiences. My approach incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, Family Systems Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Psychoanalysis, and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) because every person deserves care that's individualized, culturally responsive, and focused on meaningful progress. Together, we can work through bipolar disorder, eating disorders, OCD, sleep disorders, PTSD, stress management, family conflict, life transitions, women's issues, behavioral concerns, and relationship challenges, always tailoring therapy to your individual needs.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a compassionate, collaborative relationship where you feel accepted, encouraged, and supported from the very first session. I'll meet you with empathy, honesty, and respect while helping you recognize your strengths, celebrate your progress, and navigate life's challenges with greater confidence. Whether you're working through anxiety, healing from trauma, strengthening family relationships, overcoming addiction, or adjusting to a major life transition, we'll move at a pace that feels right for you while building practical tools that continue supporting your growth long after therapy ends. My hope is that you leave each session feeling more resilient, more hopeful, and confident in your ability to move forward.
