Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist passionate about helping individuals, children, and families navigate life's challenges with strength and self-awareness. My style is collaborative, down-to-earth, and relational- I believe therapy should feel safe and empowering. Together, we'll explore on patterns, build resilience , and work toward meaningful change at your own pace.

My approach to therapy

Therapy doesn't have to be all serious, all the time. While we'll absolutely do deep work, I also believe that humor can be incredibly healing-and I'm not afraid to bring it into the room when it helps you feel more human and less alone. I take a collaborative, and flexible approach, using tools from CBT, DBT, and Strength Based Therapy to meet you where you are. I often work with clients navigating anxiety, life transitions, family dynamics, and relationship issues.

What you can expect from me

My clients often leave sessions feeling heard, grounded, and better equipped to handle what's in front of them. Reframing is a key part of my therapeutic approach-helping them shift unhelpful thought patterns and see things from a new angle. We explore on practical skills and strengthen self-awareness to support change in everyday life.
