Great to meet you!

Hi! My name is Karlene Farnsworth and I have been working with clients with mental health and substance use disorders for 15+ years. I have worked extensively with those suffering with symptoms of trauma, anxiety, depression, and PTSD. I have been told I can be direct and work to challenge clients to look at how thoughts and emotions shape our behaviors and the choices we make. I also teach relaxation techniques and other stress reduction skills.

My approach to therapy

I approach therapy from a strengths-based perspective and assist clients in building treatment plans based on strengths, needs, abilities and preferences. I am able to provide counseling to those working on getting their driver's license reinstated. I enjoy helping others overcome challenges and become the best possible version of themselves.

What you can expect from me

In our first session we will complete a thorough clinical assessment to determine your wants and needs and together we will choose goals and measurable objectives to help you achieve those goals.
