Great to meet you!
"I believe, healing begins with you."~~~~Dr. Ferron
After earning a Master’s in Psychology from Seton Hall University, I provided therapy to over 100 youths in group homes across the U.S. This transformative work inspired me to pursue a Doctorate in Educational Leadership for Change, where my research focused on strengthening relationships between caregivers and youths.
This deepened my commitment to helping individuals develop a clear vision and lead purpose-driven lives. As a research-practitioner, I merge academic insights with practical strategies to support personal growth and life goals. I also mentor incarcerated men, fostering mindset shifts to reduce recidivism. My holistic counseling approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered techniques, and solution-focused methods to meet each client’s unique needs.
