First and foremost is the relationship between a therapist and their client is the priority. Clients can smell a bullshit therapist from a mile away, so for me, it's about being fully myself (with professional boundaries, of course).

Introspection, awareness, connection, (hopefully) feeling seen and validated, some new corny metaphors perhaps, and a piece of candy or two from my candy bowl ;)
