Great to meet you!

Are there days when you no longer feel like yourself? Does living with anxiety and depression prevent you from living life to the fullest? Does it seem like you have tried everything, and nothing appears to be working? Finding the right therapist can be an overwhelming process because it is so important to find someone you truly connect with.

Imagine how different your life would be without feeling stagnant. Imagine waking up in the morning and feeling like the day is full of possibilities.

I believe that every person is constantly evolving, changing, and growing, and I would be honored to support you in your process of self-discovery. I offer telehealth therapy and provide free consultations where we can determine if we are the best fit for one another.

I look forward to working with you and helping you find a path to a more fulfilling life.

My approach to therapy

Together, we can work to manage your mental health through skill-building techniques and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and a Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC). My practice focuses on using humanistic and strength-based approaches, as well as DBT, to support you in your journey. I specialize in helping individuals with addiction, anxiety, depression, LGBTQIA+ support, PTSD, suicidal ideation and/or self-harming behaviors, and trauma.

What you can expect from me

During our first session we will get to know each other better. I will conduct a full bio/psycho/social assessment of your life and walk you through what you can expect therapy to look like while working with me.
