Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Karlie, a Licensed Professional Counselor with nearly 10 years of experience helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, relationship concerns, emotional overwhelm, and major life transitions. My approach to therapy is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative, with a focus on helping you better understand yourself while building practical tools that create meaningful change.

I work with both men and women from a variety of backgrounds and stages of life, with a particular specialty in supporting women and mothers through pregnancy, postpartum, motherhood, identity changes, relationship shifts, and parental burnout. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, working through past experiences, struggling in your relationships, or simply feeling like something needs to change, therapy is a place where you don’t have to have it all figured out.

My goal isn’t to tell you how to live your life. It’s to help you better understand yourself, recognize patterns that may no longer be serving you, develop healthier ways of coping, and feel more confident navigating whatever season you’re in.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, down-to-earth, conversational, and collaborative. I believe therapy should be a place where you can show up as you are, without judgment, while also gaining practical tools and insight that create meaningful change outside of our sessions.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is really about getting to know one another and understanding what brought you to therapy. We’ll start with a little housekeeping, including confidentiality, how sessions work, and the best ways to reach me. From there, we’ll spend some time talking about what’s going on in your life, what you’ve been struggling with, and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy. You don’t need to come prepared or know exactly what to say. My goal is for our first session to feel comfortable, conversational, and like the beginning of a space where you can truly be yourself.
