Great to meet you!

Have there been things that you wish you could talk about with friends and loved ones, but just don’t feel comfortable? Are you struggling with relationships or your professional life? Has the pandemic taken a toll on you? Perhaps you are just feeling stuck in life, held back by depression or low self esteem. I understand that these issues can be overly exhausting. My job is to help you navigate healthy ways to move forward in life and assist you in achieving a life full of purpose.

My approach to therapy

I offer a warm and safe space where it is okay to share your feelings, judgement free. I utilize a compassionate, yet direct approach to assist clients in processing their challenges and harnessing their strengths. My style is authentic and personable. I believe that there is not a one size fits all approach to therapy. Each client is treated individually. I encourage open communication and feedback, so that your emotional needs are best met.

What you can expect from me

Taking the first steps to seek help for mental health and life issues can be overwhelming and scary. It might even be something that you have put off for some time. You no longer have to struggle alone, together we can do so much. Let me guide you on your new journey to healing and coping.
